I have a confession....I have too much stuff! Home decor is my weakness. Always has been, always will be. Even as a teenager I loved to collect beautiful things and decorate my room. In fact, I still have some of those things. So, I asked myself why am I holding onto all this stuff??? Here's the answer...no.good.reason. So in an effort to simplify, I am selling a good chunk of my home decor items for cheap, cheap, cheap....everything is priced at $5-$20. I have the bulk of it listed on Craig's List to try and sell it locally. I also made a photobucket album with all the items pictured with prices. If any of my local peeps are interested, call me. For non-locals...let me know if you're interested in anything in particular and we'll talk! I just need to get it gone. And I reeeeeeally want to have the house cleaned and decluttered before hubby gets sent home. What a nice surprise to come home to a nice clean decluttered home, right? That's the plan anyway.
Here is the link to my photobucket slideshow. I've got tons of throw pillows, lampshades, decorative plates, wall art, and such...over 50 items for sale. Tomorrow I will add a few more things....shower curtains, drapes, king duvet and shams, cast iron skillet set, etc. Even if you're not in the market for more stuff, have a look around and peek into my junk!

Oooh, I might be interested in the leopard pillows and lampshade! I'd need them shipped to Texas, though. Can you give me a price for items and shipping? Thanks!

I meant the leopard lampshades, btw!
I want your roosters and metal key hanger. :) Also, how much for your cast iron skillet set? I have been looking for one on craigslist but haven't been able to find any.
I am interested in the canisters (muted gold) and the leather trunk. I'm in upstate NY so I'm not sure what shipping costs would be -- could be a deal breaker?
You smart girl. Now your house will be nice and empty in time for yard sale season to arrive! ;)
It's so funny because I'm sitting here thinking I could have written the 1st 2 or 3 sentences, but not the last several! LOL! I love my stuff, but haven't come to a place where I can part with it, so...my husband has to still come home with it. Sure do wish you lived close b/c of course, I see several things I like! :O)
Hey girl--
I looked at all your photos, and you have some wonderful things! I really love those blue and white plates. Are you thinking of selling things to be shipped, or are you hoping that you can just sell them on Craigslist? Shipping is a pain, I know. . . you might not want to extend your sale to out-of-towners. But if you're interested in taking the plunge into shipping, let me know!
It's been so good to see frequent posts from you! :)
I love love love your roosters! If you end up not selling them to the lady who commented above me, please let me know. They would have to be shipped to SC, but I think I could give them a good home!
Would love some of these things but I have a rule - nothing new comes in unless something else goes out. www.satisfiedsole.com
Oh, how tempting...beautiful stuff! I'm having a garage sale on Sat. so I shouldn't buy anything else right now. But, those pillows and the key holder are great!

Do you still have the "K" canvas?
I have the same issue! I love finding neat things for the house but then I never want to get rid of my neat things. I finally took the plunge when I started painting my floors. I'm determined to move less stuff back in to the painted rooms.
We are trying to sell a couple of things locally right now. I hope you have better luck than we are!
Where is local for you? I am in the Salt Lake area and saw a few things I like...bxtrand@gmail.com
Same as the comment above? I'm probably not local to you, but you never know. righteouscello05@yahoo.com
