Amy Butler + Clearance = LOVE

Oh how I wish that this little package of stickers was really a nice big stack of Amy Butler fabric. Or even better...a plethora of gorgeous purses made from said fabric! Sadly, it is not, and this will have to do for now. I found these adorable stickers at Micheal's clearanced out from 3.99 to 99 cents. I grabbed a couple packs and headed for home, not knowing what I'd use them for (since I haven't scrapbooked in over 4 years)...but knowing I could find something to embellish with these little lovelies.

And this is what I came up with. Nothing earth shattering, but pretty cute all the same. Plus, I had some Amy Butler paper scraps I'd saved that worked perfectly. The color of these photos is a bit washed out, but let me tell you... these little notecards are wicked CAAUUUTE!
Oh, and FYI...they have some pretty good clearance at Micheal's right now, including some of Martha Stewart's line. It's worth a look see if you have one in your area.

I haven't scrapbooked in ages either! I use to do it all of the time. I still buy cute scrapbook stuff whenever I see it on sale. I have tons of it and one day when I get my little 'shabby crafting shed' set up, I will have tons of it to work with. We don't have a Hobby Lobby or Michael's here. I wish that we did. I might start posting some of my old srapbook pages on my blog. We use to have scrapbook parties and we were really into it big time! Maybe it will motivate me to do it again!

Cute!!! I agree, I haven't scrapbooked in years - still need to finish my 2 year old's 1st year album! I use my supplies for fun projects instead.

Now you have me wanted to go to Michaels, great. I love Michaels. I have actually just started scrapbooking again (maybe that's what I'll do today). I have Roman Noodles scrapbook that I'm currently "working" on and I have to do one for my nursing student association.

I might head over there. :) Thanks.

These are sweet! When I saw your photo of the note cards, I thought they were coasters--they'd be fun coasters for a gals' night!

Those are so cute. I just realized the other day that my card making stash is getting low. Hmm, have to get over there.

I snagged quite the deal in Michaels yesterday, thanks to a blog friend: Sizzix Sizzlits dies that normally sell for $150/set are on sale for $9.97/set. I bought two! ;)
