Crafty Tuesdays

Wow! Two posts in one day. That's got to be a record for me. I just couldn't resist linking up to this fun new thing I found. Ya'll know I am all about a good craft, so when I stumbled upon Crafty Tuesdays...it was love at first sight! In reading my comments I visited Kristen at Striving To Be More. She had some wicked cute crafts posted and a link for Crafty Tuesday. Jennifer aka, The Southern Housewife, at Her Southern Charm is the lovely creator and host of this crafty goodness. I believe this is her first week to host this, so let's all show her some bloggy love and go link up our cute crafts!
I chose 3 of my very favorite crafting posts to share.

The Clipboard Tutorial
I am in love with these clipboards. They make a wonderful gift for just about anyone on your list, but especially teachers. Click here for the full post.

The Mailbox Tutorial
I am totally addicted to altering these mailboxes from Target's dollar spot!
Click here for the full post.

And last, but certainly not least...what to do with those dollar store plaques. This is my version, but the possibilities are absolutely endless!

Now don't forget to hop on over to Her Southern Charm to link up! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.
Get to craftin ya'll!!!

Ohmagoodness...that's my name right there in your blog! Hee hee! Thanks for linking me. And that plaque with the metal thingies? That's why I'm so darn upset about leaving my Dollar Tree emptyhanded. I *need* to make something like that. Hmmm...maybe I can just use some chipboard and make a fake plaque. Thanks for the ideas...gotta get busy craftin' now!

I love those clipboards! I must've seen it here. I made one for my sister and she loved it! I even personalized it with her initials. Thanks for the idea!

I have been following you for a while now, and I was so excited to see that you left me a comment! Wow, you sure made this girl feel special. (With all of your followers, I didn't expect that!) I did want to let you know that I made the covered notebooks (a large and small one for each teacher) as teacher gifts this Christmas and they were a big hit. One teacher ask my daughter where we bought them! She proudly told her that Mommy made them. But, of course I waited until the last minute and forgot to take pictures!!! I am wanting to do the clipboards for the end of the year gifts. AND... I can't wait to see what you do with the other boards!!
