The "New" Crocs

Hello Ladies! Say hello to the new and improved Crocs. No more duck feet...thank heavens. Really, I can't think of anything uglier than those blasted shoes. Now don't get your feathers ruffled...there is a time and a place and an appropriate age for them. If you are a gardener, going to the beach, or younger than 10 years old...it's ok to don duck feet...sort of. I will admit that I own a pair of crocs, but they are the flip flops and much less offensive...really. So, you can imagine my surprise and delight when I checked my e-mail today and found these little cuties staring back at me. If you order them through Piperlime you get free shipping.

I think they would be super cute with bermuda shorts or jeans for the summer. They are in fact plastic, so I don't reccomend them for anything remotely dressy. But if you want a fun, stylish look that is also really comfy...I think these would be great! I am dying to order a pair. Which one do you like best?

  9. Do we have to choose just one? I like them both!! Too cute!

I have a pair of wanna be Crocs but I never wear them out of the house. I will admit they are comfy but I too, think they are ugly!

  10. I have never given in to the Crocs craze either, because I don't need a big fat wide shoe to put my big wide foot in and parade around...but now, those are cute.....and if they are comfy, I could wear those....as long as the heel isn't too high.

  16. No shame in my game. I own Crocs, several pairs in fact. But I only have one pair of the "duck feet" as you call them, and they are reserved for the yard. I have flip flops, ballet like flats, and a few other styles. I don't wear them to church or anywhere dressy though. My faves are the new leopard print ones they have. I LOVE them! My boys live in their Crocs. I just can't help but think they are so stinkin' cute on their fat little feet. Plus, being able to throw them in the dishwasher is ideal. I'm gonna have to stand my ground on this one, friend! By the way, did you know they also have a highend fashion line? They are upwards of $100 a pair, but I don't think they are rubber like the others.

  21. We really are solemates (pun intended, haha)! I thought I was the only one who thought Crocs are the ugliest shoes on the face of the earth. If I still had skinny legs, I'd go for the yellow, but the pink ones are adorable too! :)

  34. Crocs, I've always thought them seriously ugly even though several people I know swear they are soooo comfortable. Heeled ones? I must admit, I think both pairs here are cute, I love yellow for summer.
